  • TRX Chest Press⁣

for as long as possible, 40 sec rest⁣ ⁣⁣

TEMPO⁣:⁣

  • 4 sec downward stretch phase⁣
  • 0 sec pause at bottom⁣
  • 1 sec contraction phase⁣
  • 0 sec pause at top⁣ ⁣⁣

KEY FOCUS:⁣⁣

  • Stretch the muscles at the bottom of the downward phase⁣
  • … contracting shoulder blades back will help enhance stretch⁣
  • Tense glutes and core throughout ⁣
  • Squeeze chest and ab muscles hard on contraction phase⁣
  • Try to breath in slowly through nose on the 4 sec downward phase⁣
  • …and out through nose fast on the 1 sec upwards contraction phase
