- TRX Chest Press
- TRX Flys
- TRX Supermans
- ***4sets
for as long as possible, 40 sec rest
TEMPO:
- 4 sec downward stretch phase
- 0 sec pause at bottom
- 1 sec contraction phase
- 0 sec pause at top
KEY FOCUS:
- Stretch the muscles at the bottom of the downward phase
- … contracting shoulder blades back will help enhance stretch
- Tense glutes and core throughout
- Squeeze chest and ab muscles hard on contraction phase
- Try to breath in slowly through nose on the 4 sec downward phase
- …and out through nose fast on the 1 sec upwards contraction phase
