The only 3 TRX core exercises you need and how/when to do them. I constantly receive questions with regards to TRX Core exercises and rightly so! There’s a lot of fancy pants moves out there. It becomes difficult to know what works compared to what just looks visually stimulating as a movement for an IG vid.⁣ ⁣

So I felt it warranted a proper video with an explanation and some solid direction.
