Time to feel better and look better with TRX and band training. I believe with a little simple equipment and knowledge. That mountain, beach, hostel roof-top, park and even your own home can become your gym.

I spent almost a year developing these plans, testing them and recording results with various people to then tweak again and again. This is why there’s a price of £4 attached to each one. MUSCLE PUMP

RESISTANCE BAND AND BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT PLAN

This plan is designed for small spaces. It will push you in ways you won’t be used to. It utilises high rep ranges to exhaust the muscles. Promoting them to build whilst also working your cardiovascular system to make you sweat.

This plan uses an easy level Cross-Fit resistance band. I recommend this one.

Buying this will mean you’ll never need to visit a gym again. You can train any-way any-where. I recommend being in a calorie surplus or at maintenance for this plan to achieve maximum pump. Muscle builder

TRX AND RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT PLAN

This plan is designed to shock your muscles and nervous system from your regular routine. Burning out both type A and type B fibres to promote full muscle growth by using tri-sets and super-sets to completely breakdown and wear out your muscles, promoting development when they re-build. It will also push your cardiovascular system.
