Two simple but effective TRX back exercises are the high and low row (or TRX Pulls). In this video we look at the high row and it’s benefits along with correct technique.

And here’ the subtitle text in case you’d like to read the guidance:

hey guys TRX traveller Adam here, in this vid we’re going to look at the TRX High row, there’s two different types of rows you can do there’s an inner row which targets more of the thickness of your back in the lower portion of your back which I cover in a different video but this one we’re gonna look at the high row so it’s elbows out and it could as the width you back okay TRX high roll so begin set the TRX up again it’s all just about feet placement to create different intensity and on how you want this is maybe a little bit a little bit too long so I’m just going to tighten that up whenever you perform a TRX high rope always remember if elbows elbow placements you pull with your elbows you pull with your elbows and you contract your shoulder blades together and you pull with your elbows up and out so elbows are going up and out to begin contract you back a little bit and as I pull pulling up my elbows and they’re going up and out now if we compare that to the TRX in a row the hands kind of begin in a more neutral position and you pull with your elbows down and there’s a massive difference TRX outer row pull-ups with elbows up and out and I’m really exaggerating look how I’m opening up my chest there and I’m going right down I’m not fully unlocking like this I’m losing contraction I’m keeping the contraction in my shoulder blades and in my muscles I’m not unlocking my shoulder girdle and the exercise begins with my shoulder blades contracting so that little little squeeze there contract pull elbows up out squeeze as hard as you can and back down elbows up out and the top and squeeze and back down and that’s it really simple TRX back pull DRX back roll whatever you want to call it elbows up and out and pull berries from the other one which is the TRX in a row where you pull them at the elbows down and in and again those two exercises one really targets a portion of you back one target to lower it and they’re great to work in two different exercises if you’re watching this because my plans and you’re looking part do it I hope you enjoy the plan otherwise thanks for watching let me know how you find this in the comment
