Abs develop very well when when trained intensely for short 3-5min periods 4-7 times a week.
Perform this routine each day to develop them and strengthen your entire core, front and back.
Do each one of the exercises until failure then move straight onto the next.
- TRX Kicks TRX Side-to-side
- TRX Plank (flex hips for intensity)
- TRX Jack Knife TRX Feet Splits
I like to tense my abs super hard on planks and pull my stomach in a little, hence the curve.
For me feeling the muscles contract yields better results.
