hey how’s it going TRX Traveller adam here this is for the trx push legs pull program the physique trx physique builder and if you haven’t checked out you want to check it out the link for it is right below all right let’s get to it drag curls again these are so good for isolating the bicep because our um elbow is is right behind um our body so it’s really good for peak work for for building that peak of the bicep lauros get yourself set up what you’re going to do sorry not lauros drag curls my bad the drag curls it is what it says you want to drag your arms past your body like this but to get to this position i’m contracting my biceps i’m not just pulling what i’m doing is i’m contracting my bicep and letting it come right back in now as i do that as i contract like this ah i can squeeze them so hard at the top here and that’s what we want super hard squeezing and down and up and contract and down for one two and up and contract ah down for one two and open contract you can see here i’m really squeezing if you want to give it that little bit extra remember what i said about pronating so just slightly pronate yes that is going to bring you back into play as well and that’s what you want as well also wearing down the back but primarily i want you to focus on squeezing your biceps to pull back and don’t be scared as you come back to really retract your shoulder blades back really pull them back as you’re squeezing up with the biceps and you’ll feel some mighty mighty mind to muscle connection with those and you’re lucky there’s no drop set in them because they’re a killer and they’re great [Music] you
