Make this and get it down yourself to kickstart your body back into shape. Don’t moan about the taste, just drink it. Use all the below, blend, drink. Good for 2 servings over 2 days.

  • 1 handful of spinach: packed with vitamin K to sort your brain and nerves out.
  • 1/2 banana: potassium and magnesium for the nausea and weakness.
  • 1 carrot: has falcarindiol which helps flush out lung cancer toxins.
  • 1 Apple: contains triterpenoids, detoxify liver and free radicals.
  • 4 sticks celery: alkalizing, it equalises the body’s PH, vital for peak health
  • 1 clove garlic: natures natural antibiotic, kills bad bacterias
  • Slice of Ginger: natures anti-inflammatory, heals throats, soothes depleted bodies.
  • 1 beetroot: natural detoxifier, blood purifier, iron, betanin pigment. kills anti-toxins
  • 1 kiwi: twice the vitamin C as oranges, immune boost, carotenoids to sort shaky eyes .
  • 1 large handful raspberries: packed with antitoxins to blast out free radicals

add a little water to bring it together as you blend and to reduce thickness
