TEMPO⁣:⁣⁣

  • 4 sec downward stretch phase⁣⁣
  • 0 sec pause at bottom⁣⁣
  • 1 sec side ab contraction⁣ phase⁣
  • 0 sec pause at top⁣⁣
  • *4sets – 8-12reps,
  • no rest constant alternation⁣ between sides⁣

FOCUS:⁣⁣⁣

  • Stand just off centre (refer to beginning of vid)⁣⁣
  • Grip with both hands⁣⁣
  • Contract shoulder blades back⁣⁣
  • Squeeze side abs hard to come back up⁣⁣
  • Try to breath in slowly through nose on the 4 sec downward phase⁣⁣
  • …and out through nose fast on the 1 sec upwards contraction phase
