Every time I focus on twisting the wrist at the top of the curl, pinky up. The squeeze is 3x more powerful.
Although we hold the straps with a full grip, curling with just the pinky, 4th finger and middle finger is the key to aid in the rotation at top.
I like to think of curls as 3 finger curls rather than bicep curls. Helps lock in the technique.
