CrossFit band and bodyweight workout for shoulder muscles

Blasting the shoulders while the sun rises. I find working these two back to back for 6 sets leaves you like unable to pick up a pint

Shoulder press-up – hold for as long as possible after pressing failure (the 4th was a struggle for me)
Into
lateral raise till failure

Repeat for 5 sets. CrossFit bands are wicked for traveling to add tension and compliment bodyweight exercises. Light and cheap.
