Body weight and bottled water workout for shoulders

Here’s a little shoulder workout I tried that works all three heads of the shoulder muscle and burns.

#shoulderpressup – until failure
#handstand – until failure
#proneflys with litre bottle of water – until failure

Repeat 5 times.
