CrossFit band workout with tri-sets and muscle pairs for shoulders and arms

By a pool in Pushkar the Indian desert. CrossFit bands are great for traveling. Light, cheap, train anything anywhere plus they marry up as a backpack band to carry stuff.

I found this shoulder and arms workout spot on. Burning the shoulders with a 3’s superset destroys them, work the bi’s and tri’s as a muscle pair, shoulder press ups to work all for finish.


Shoulder press (till failure) into
Upright pull (till failure) into
Shoulder front raise (till failure)

Bi’c and Tri’s

Bicep curls (till failure) into
Tricep press (till failure)
4 sets

No dieting here, eating everything in sight keeping fat on for trekking energy and it’s a veg only diet here so calorie surplus is good for when you can’t hit you daily protein intake. Curry gains for days!
