Reset food recipe Kale with Pine Nuts

Reset food recipe Kale with Pine Nuts. A simple recipe for a simple hostel kitchen.

Ingredients

  • ½ medium bunch green kale
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Himalayan salt (to taste)

Directions

Wash kale and remove ribs from center of each leaf. Tear into bite-sized pieces and steam gently for 3 to 5 minutes. Don’t overcook; kale should remain bright green. Toss with lemon, pine nuts, and Himalayan salt. Serves 1.
