Reset food recipe Carrot-Seaweed Medley. A simple recipe for a simple hostel kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tsp. safflower oil
  • ½ yellow onion, cut in thin half-moons
  • 1½ large carrots, cut in matchsticks
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped into ½-inch chunks
  • ½ cup frozen edamame, shelled
  • ½ cup arame or hijiki seaweed, soaked 5 minutes in cool water, then drained
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp. Bragg® Liquid Aminos (or more, to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion

Directions

Heat oils in large sauté pan or wok. Add yellow onion and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in carrot, pepper, edamame, seaweed, and water. Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Remove cover and add Bragg Liquid Aminos. Cook 3 to 5 more minutes, then stir in green onion.
