How to prepare green tea properly for health benefits. The high temperatures kills the good nutritional benefit. So you end up just drinking a sour hot drink with very little benefits. Instead let the water settle for a minute it should reach around 80 -90 degrees C by then. Place the tea bag in and cover to brew.
