3 years of progress🐥 using suspension training and resistance bands.
There’s ONE THING I focused on improving over these three 3 years…
the mindful squeeeeze!
There’s not a huge amount of visual difference, 7 pounds heavier on the right but not as lean as on the left…
But my mind feels more connected and aware of my body than it ever has.
Workouts haven’t varied too much,
diet has remained very similar,
but my obsession to improve the connection to my body, by placing the mind inside of the specific muscle I am training…
has greatly improved.
I believe for a fact, that the mind, body, and soul are all connected,
and we can use each workout to improve all areas in harmony and balance.
A healthy body can only exist in a healthy mind and vice versa.
These past 3 years are more than I ever achieved just mindlessly lifting and moving with weight and ego in a gym.
Absolutely anything is possible with the right mindset and correct technique application with a useful tool (TRX or resistance bands).
Little improvements, slowly with consistency…
and still the same cap!
