Side lunges 12 – 15 reps slow on the negative, straight into
Front lunges to failure
Repeat for 4 sets on each leg
Body weight squats get to 100 reps, rest at failure
Don’t put too much pressure on the balancing knee in the side lunges. It’s not at the most stable angle for your patella. It’s purely just a balancing leg not load bearing.
