TRX workout with high rep hypertrophy for legs

In Quito Ecuador on a roof. Six months into travelling and still finding the weirdest places to exercise. Slight prison gym on the roof here 2600m up in the volcanic valley of Quito, Ecuador 

Exercise 1

Side lunges 12 – 15 reps slow on the negative, straight into
Front lunges to failure
Repeat for 4 sets on each leg

Exercise 2

Body weight squats get to 100 reps, rest at failure

Don’t put too much pressure on the balancing knee in the side lunges. It’s not at the most stable angle for your patella. It’s purely just a balancing leg not load bearing.
