Super speed squat time. Who Says you need weights? This leg workout with a travel bag and a chair in a little Cuban casa in Old town Havana killed me, as you can see.

#bodysquats 100 reps with your travel bag on, it doesn’t matter how many times you stop to rest for a few seconds just get to 100
#oneleglunge with chair 3 sets each leg as many as you can each set
#bodysquat hold using chair 3 sets as long as you each set
#oneleglunge body weight 1 set as many as you can on each leg
