Add intra stretching onto the end of any set where possible.
KEY TRX TECHNIQUE POINTS
Perform all exercises one after the other with no rest until end.
VID 1: EXER 1 TRX REVERSE ROWS
Twist the wrist so knuckles are facing down. The hands are just hooks. It’s the elbows that lead. Pull with the elbows back and down. Focus on a large range of motion with a big stretch at the bottom *8 sec in vi
10-12 reps
VID 2: EXER 2 INTRA STRETCH
After final rep immediately go into stretching the lats and stay here for as long as possible. Aim for 60 seconds.
VID 3: EXER 3 TRX ALTERNATIVE CHEST PRESS
shoulders and elbows right back behind the body at the top. Push hands down and out. Focus on squeezing the elbows together at the top to contract the chest muscles hard
10-12 reps
VID 4: EXER 2 INTRA STRETCH
After final rep immediately go into stretching the chest and stay here for as long as possible. Aim for 60seconds.
TEMPO:
- 4 sec downward phase
- 0 sec pause at bottom
- 1 sec contraction upward phase
- 2 sec hard squeeze at the top
40 sec rest at end
3 sets*
