hey how’s it going TRX Traveller adam here this is for the trx push legs pull program the physique trx physique builder and if you haven’t checked out you want to check it out the link for it is right below all right let’s get to it there’s a t-rex facebook fantastic exercise i love this it’s one of my favorite it’s also athlean x’s favorite and right you saw for many reasons it really targets the rear deltoid and creates a lot of stability in the shoulder girdle area especially the upper back muscles as well really stabilizes and strengthens them now the principle in practice is again get a nice stretch pull your hands past your nose like this but at the top i’m trying to externally rotate my hands up so i go down for one two i stop here because i don’t want to lose tension and i pull back up and i try and externally rotate and i go down for one two and pull up and squeeze as hard as i can i’m squeezing my shoulder blades together as hard as i possibly can and i’m externally rotating and down for one two and squeeze and now what i mean by externally rotating as i’m pulling back like this and squeezing i’m trying to rotate back like that now i like to pull back and try and rotate as i’m doing it like this if you just want to pull past your face to the top and then push and rotate that’s absolutely fine either way just trying once you’ve retracted back try and just rotate try and just cause that rotation there to build stability in your rotators fantastic exercise very very good for the shoulder girdle strengthening and it really helps to sort of create that posture of pulling your shoulders back you know and really pulling your um your arms back with working the rear deltoid there and getting that nice rounded popping shape [Music] [Music] you
