hey how’s it going TRX Traveller adam here this is for the trx push legs pull program the physique trx physique builder and if you haven’t checked out you want to check it out the link for it is right below all right let’s get to it now the trx shoulder press uh it’s i love this one because it’s the one you’ve really got to connect your mind to muscle to so with the shoulder press get in an athletic position and go on your tiptoes and what i want you to do keep your hands and everything um in line so my elbows here 90 degrees and that they would be perpendicular to the ground if i was standing straight up so you’re just going to mimic you’re going to mimic a shoulder press action um as if you were as if you had some weights now remember we don’t want to in the shoulder press we never want to bring our hands together because i can stand like this for for ages because the the the transfer of energy the weight it comes down to the joint and straight down me however if i slightly move it out here it’s now all on the shoulder muscle and that’s supporting it so just by that little movement i can keep um tension on the muscle and that’s what we want so just remember that as you’re coming down to not push together we want to come down and push outwards and keep pushing outwards so we’re constantly keeping a nice tension on the shoulder muscle so athletic position and push up and out and down for one two and i’m leaning forward three four up and out one two three four up and out one two three four four one two three four four one two three four so as you’re doing that keep a lean and you want to be pushing up and out and i’m applying pressure i’m pushing up and out so i’m really engaging the front shoulder muscles there and keep that keep that shoulder attraction so shoulder blades are attracted back to you you’re nice and stable and push up and out and you’re really going to start to feel the burn really focus on squeezing this really squeeze so as as you’re going up focus on really sort of squeezing you know if i’m relaxed i’m pushing up like this if i’m focused and i’m squeezing my deltoids i’m kind of like you know i can really feel it engaging in so focus on that as you’re coming up and down squeeze as hard as you can [Music] you
