hey how’s it going TRX Traveller adam here this is for the trx push legs pull program the physique trx physique builder and if you haven’t checked out you want to check it out the link for it is right below all right let’s get to it the trx high roll the intent here is to contract your shoulder blades back so as we come down we contract first and then we pull with our elbows we don’t pull with our hands yeah it’s our elbows what lead us our hands just hold the handles and our elbows are going to go up and out like this up and out very different to a trx low row where we’ll hold it like this and our elbows go down and in so high row up and out low row down and in the low rows coming up next in practice looks something like this what i really like to do is i like to get a good stretch so you can see i start here and i’m really protracted so my shoulders are right back now my first movement my first movement is to retract like this so retract back with the shoulder blades so retract back and i pull with my elbows and i squeeze as hard as i can and i go down for one two stretch and retract one and then down for one two and squeeze as hard as i can stretch and squeeze up as hard as i can one two down a little bit longer than needed there but i know squeeze hold and down for one two and up one second squeeze on down for one two three trx high roll just remember to get a nice stretch to the bottom there contract back pull with your elbows up and out you
