hey how’s it going TRX Traveller Adam here, this is for the TRX push legs pull program the t-rex physique builder and if you haven’t checked out you want to check it out the link for it is right below alright let’s get to it absolutely baddest so the alternate chest press I’d prefer this one because I find I can get a better stretch and combined with the the TRX air flies you’re going to get a huge stretch so if they alternate chest press I want you to put the straps under and hold them in a hammer grip position and the idea is to calm down and the intention is to not just push up but to push down and away so I’m left to actually lengthen me it’s got a little bit short there there we go so shoulder blades contracted right backs we really want to get a good stretch what I want you to try and avoid is locking out too much and when you get to the top and a squeeze the squeeze is kind of like same as the fly’s it’s bringing your elbows together and pushing your your chest muscles together to really squeeze them at the top as you then go back down so in practice you’re looking something like this so it’s down four one two stretch and the chest airs just fantastic and push down and bring them together ah and down four one two push down bring them together ah don’t bring your hands together bring your elbows together stretch and up one two and down do push down I got up down one two pushed [Music] [Music]
