A simple TRX exercise but one I love for the unique dynamic way they challenge your entire core front and back (posteriorly and anteriorly).

And here’ the subtitle text in case you’d like to read the guidance:

Hey guys TRX traveler Adam here I’m on the roof of my flat in Buenos Aires there’s a lot of beautiful view in the backdrop in this video we’re going to be looking at their plank put a bit of a variation and I call it the feet split and it just kind of adds a bit of a dynamic movement which always love with your exercises good challenges you that little bit more across the whole posterior and anterior of your core so let’s get to it okay so the plank feet splits really simple really simple but quite challenging so get your feet through the TRX drops get feet balanced down so they’re about equal then you’re going to get down into the plank position the easier the plank position is is the more in line your elbows with your shoulder so if I’m like this it’s quite in line I find it quite easy if I spread my hands out like that and push them further out a plank is very difficult so just play with your arm position to get the right variation so you can to challenge yourself in different ways of this so please split get in the plank position and what you’re gonna do is as you’re holding it rather than just stand staying still and stay you’re going to split your feet hold and back in split feet hold and back in and you should be pushing your bum out of it don’t let it sag I was letting my sag a bit there push up a little bit and hold it with your abs feet split and back please split and back and split and back and split and back and that’s it it’s a really simple premise but it really works the posterior of your core as well you know our core muscles wrap around our whole body yes you’re gonna incorporate a bit of glutes yes but of course but it’s just adding a bit more dynamic movement and challenge to the quad area give it a go let me know what you think if you’re watching this because you’ve downloaded my plans and you link to it the video glossary you hope you found it helpful if you’re just looking for a variation for a good solid core workout let me know what you find how you find it in the comments thanks for watching
