Current TRX training physique update, slowly developing like the little garden…
Switched TRX workouts from full-body failure X3 a week to a push/legs/pull split X5 a week, focusing on more volume.
Even though the training is more in terms of volume, my priority focus is still on improving the mindful muscle connection. Improving it on every single mm through every single TRX exercise range of motion. Internalising the focus of the mind, coming out of each session feeling like it was meditation. With a huge pump ;).
When procrastinations about work, social media, family, friends and general life stresses begin to invade the mind. I re-focus back onto the exercise and into the one specific muscle being worked at that time. How does it feel? How am I moving (via contracting or jerking)? Is my technique at every point accurate?
Technique mastery application first, hard work second. Very much in a bulk/growth phase now and for the next few months. Got to GROW these chickens! 🐥
