To be honest, for the past 14 months, I haven’t had a specific fitness goal focus.
I’ve mainly been using TRX workouts as a form of meditation to calm and focus my mind.
Whilst relentlessly building an online Platform to hold all of the TRX and Resistance Band Fitness Freedom Programs.
BUT NOW!….
I’m ready to focus on BUILDING SOME SERIOUS MUSCLE MASS with my TRX Workouts.

It houses all the Programs in one place with added nutrition, mindset, and execution mastery courses so I can serve people better…
..and help level up their fitness results by diving deeper into ‘mindful muscle-centric TRX & resistance band technique’.

Anyway, time to change things up! The game plan is:
- 10 months of bulking. Cycling carbs to keep insulin sensitivity tip top
- Then 8 weeks of fat loss to see what’s been built under the hood
- Then a new pair of slippers (this may be pushed to number 1)
No excuses.
