CrossFit band sevens biceps workout

In a tiny hostel room in Kathmandu, Nepal. My arms are feeling small (they are small 🙁 ). Never the less here in Kathmandu in a little private hostel room after weeks of a dorm, always good to take a break and get some personal space, I find blasting out a sevens routine using the CrossFit band aches the bi’s for the next day

Use a slow negative phase take 3 seconds down and explode up. Mix in with some tricep dips for back to back muscle pair working.

  • 7 reps from 90degree to chin
  • 7  reps full bicep range
  • 7 reps from thighs to 90 degrees

5 Sets.
