Bodyweight hold exercise for building chest, shoulders and arms

On a hostel rooftop in Pokhara, Nepal lakeside with the sun setting. This exercise crushes most of your upper body by placing huge tension on your torso. Don’t believe me? Try it

Raise yourself up and hold for as long as you can. 5 sets. 30 sec rest. Repeat.

If my little ass wasn’t covered in ink you may be able to see the contraction of the majority of upper torso muscles.
