Resistance band shoulder workout. Shoulders super-set band exercise to add muscle mass in my Mexican back garden.

These are great to do before a planned work-out to increase shoulder size over time if you feel they’re flagging. Whether a squat day or chest day do this superset before hand to gain extra training around your current shoulder training.

I honestly couldn’t live without this little fella, the Drybell. I initially found it here on Amazon, it’s became my go-to almost every day for travel exercising in some way.

It’s a portable kettle bell you can fill with water up to 10kg and sand up to 17kg meaning the variety is endless no matter where you are.

Kettle bell and body weight shoulder workout tri-set. Add muscle mass hypertrophy to your shoulders with this body-weight and dry bell tri-set.

Aim for:

6 reps of shoulder press
12 reps of side to front raise
24 reps of prone fly

3 sets

TRX exercise for abs

TRX exercise for abs. Test your TRUE strength with this TRX tricep L hold and abs burner hanging from a tree. Build up to this move, master it and you’ll be laughing.

Once you’ve locked out your position using your shoulders and triceps slowly begin pumping your knees in and out to your chest and back.

TRX hand stand shoulder workout exercise. Yea, one main note… Be careful getting back down. It’s all about building up to these over time, start with holds and small pumps and progress to the full exercise.
