In my opinion the brachialis muscle is under rated and under trained. In this vid I explain the benefits of how it can give your arms a lean, muscular look and how to target and achieve that it correctly with TRX Reverse Curls

And here’ the subtitle text in case you’d like to read the guidance:

hi guys TRX traveler Adam here in this video we’re gonna look at their worst grip curls which are great for developing the bronchioles muscle that lies underneath the bicep in between the tricep it’s a very good and very strong muscle to develop because it pushes your bicep and tricep muscles a part of it which helps give them shape so it’s very simple it’s just the opposite to a TRX and a TRX curl however you’re going to use a reverse grip and you’re going to slightly supinate the wrist so a normal TX curl we know we have our palms facing our face a reverse grip you’re going to hold the handles so your wrists am sorry your knuckles are above your knuckles or face in your face and what we do is we begin just as we would with the TRX curl but we’re going to pull up with our wrists like this and slightly supinate so you can see I’m slightly rather than pulling up to my face I’m slightly twisting it out like this and back down and pull up to my face slightly to panait and back down and one more squeeze slightly supernote and back down now a couple of little key points there my mind to muscle connection the thing I’m really focusing on I’m focusing on squeezing my arm my forearm so I’m really focusing on squeezing this bit and that then brings into play and also bit of biceps activation but if you really focus on squeezing your forearm as you doing that as you drive it up you’ll find you’re going to get a lot more development as always when you when you’re in that position it there is going to be some stabilizing muscles Kittanning around your core your abs your glutes but you need to contract your back as well so it’s not forward like this contracting its shoulder blades back so you’ve got a good natural position you spine and curl up and down so to show you that one more time so my shoulder blades contracted and I’m curling up and I’m rotating my hands out and I’m squeezing it’s hard to count the top here really squeezing and back down and up and squeeze squeeze squeeze and back down and already I can really feel quite quite a large pump or I’m a farmer bus up there just enough squeezing that little pronate yes TRX reverse grip curls and if you download map if you download one programs and this is why I watching this to see what these are hopefully that’s helpful for you if not you just want to give them a go to develop your bronchioles muscle let me know in the comments I found them thanks for watching
