I love this TRX exercise because it targets the bicep muscle across the entire strength curve range meaning well-develop and shaped arms. Here’s why and how to execute it correctly.

And here’ the subtitle text in case you’d like to read the guidance:

hey guys TRX travel Adam here in this video we’re gonna look at the TRX curls sevens it’s where we do seven reps seven seven seven but at all different points of the strength curve of the bicep so we target the lower the medium and the top end of the biceps our targets the entire muscle let’s get to it okay so sevens you’re just going to get yourself in a normal TRX curl position remember we have our wrists always straight contract the back as we curl so it’s very much like this and we’re not engaging the forearm too much you take too much the strain at the sunset in here so I apologize if there’s some Sun glare coming through and we hopefully can still see me okay okay the sevens the first move of the seven reps is starting here and it’s little pomp so it’s it’s sort of just medium poncy gets partial pumps and we’re gonna go from this position and we’re going to do seven of those then we’re going to go to a full plane of a full range of movement and seven of those then the very last one is a partial again in it’s seven of those so it’s seven of these seven four ones and then straight in a seven air bottom n1 so it looks like this I’m going to do a few each so you’d start here shoulder blades contracted wrist slightly out and I’m pumping for one to look I’m slightly twisted supinate my wrist out three four you’d want to take it a bit slower so like this hold and down up hold and down once you’ve done seven of them you’re going to go straight into full full range of motion so seven of these nice and slow and really squeeze the biceps squeeze the bicep especially the top here squeeze them as hardly can you undo seven full ones now at the end it’s just seven partials just seven tap pumps like this three four all the way to seven ah and even there without doing the full range of movement I can fear for my ear but my arms or biceps to start to tie these sevens are really good for intensity so they really soft bill I can feel a pump in my biceps already they really build a good amount of tenser intense of the arms and the great attack on to the end of maybe if you’ve been doing some salt isolated curls or isolated neutral grips yes yeah give them a girl if you watching this video sleep down on one my plans and you want to see what a TRX Evans is hopefully this has helped you if you’re just looking for a different variation exercise me to challenge your arms challenge your biceps give this seven give it a seven to go and let me know how how you find in the comments thanks for watching
