#trxrows 50 reps, quick rests at failure into
#trx YTI, make a (Y) then a (T) then an (I) repeat until failure. 4 sets (this burns) into
#trxbicep curl until failure.

4 sets. Repeat the whole circuit 3 times.

Sailing on the Navimag ferry from Puerto Montt through the Andes into Patagonia is a beautiful way to reach the hiking treks of Patagonia – highly recommend it. Plus it’s a all you can eat buffet with plenty of meat, mini #gains time.
