Bands super-set for building triceps

Build bigger arms specifically triceps with this one bands super-set exercise. Great to do on a morning when you wake or on an evening before you sleep to bring more growth to your arms.

Aim for:

12 reps of hammer grip band pull downs
straight into
24 reps of flat palm push downs

3 sets
