Hey guys to your TRX traveller Adam here, in this video we’re gonna look at the reverse feat split which is great for working that glute the booty muscle in a completely different way alright so the reverse feat split I’ve done a video on the plank the where you’re on your front and your feet split which makes a bit of a dynamic variation across the whole core anterior and posterior this one’s great for you glutes so really simple really quick lie on your back put your heel in handles whoops there we go create some tension by pushing down on your heels lie on your back and all you’re going to do is you’re going to bring your bum off the ground and I want you to try and push your heels as hard as you can down into the straps and then out so it looks like this squeeze and push out and hold and back and squeeze push down and out and hold one two and back and squeeze one two and back a lot my bums completely off the floor here it’s not down I’m not doing this it’s raised and I’m spreading one two and back and really contract the glute squeeze and back and when you do those you’re really gonna feel a glute muscle contracting it’s a great isolation move for them honestly just as good as a hip thrust or a bridge hold those three such good secondary isolation movements for the glutes I always think when you’re doing it to squeeze your glutes as hard as he can to the whole range of motion hope you find it helpful let me know in the comments and I hope you enjoy working out the TRX thanks for watching
