The TRX Single Arm Side Raise TRX shoulder exercise requested by @_mikegruber (instagram). This exercise focuses on developing the medial deltoid muscle (middle shoulder muscle)
Volume up to hear the key points below in a northern accent!
KEY POINTS:
- Keep the range of motion short, this ensures a constant tension is placed upon the muscle
- Don’t relax at any point, keep the shoulder muscle and your entire arm contracted throughout
- Squeezing the TRX handle hard will help with this
- Slight bend in the elbow
- Keep the wrist just in front of peripheral vision
- Lean out very slightly
3sets – 15-20reps *
…for some strange reasonI keep saying squeeze your elbow in the video.
What I mean to say is squeeze your ‘shoulder’ (quarantine brain)
